Please note that common offence notices issued prior to November 20, 2017 will be heard at the Provincial Court. All other penalty notices can be dealt with at the Winnipeg Parking Authority offices.

Options to Contest

To deal with the matter at Provincial Court, the person named on the common offense notice (or someone authorized in writing to act on behalf of the person listed) must appear at Provincial Court during the timeframe noted on the common offence notice.

At Provincial Court you may:

  • Plead “Not Guilty” and set a trial date.
  • Plead “Guilty with an explanation”

You must attend Provincial Court at 373 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 4S4 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
