How to submit an Operating Grant Application to the City of Winnipeg

  • To submit an operating grant application to the City of Winnipeg you can call 311, OR you can fill out the application form below.
  • It is important to submit your application prior to the deadline listed on the form.

  • Grant applications will be considered annually during the budget process, with the final decision being made by City Council. A listing of grants approved in the budget process is included in each year's budget documents, available at www.winnipeg.ca.
