Business Annual Rental Value (ARV)
Application for Revision Non-Refundable Filing Fee Information

You may file an application for revision on your 2023 Business Annual Rental Value (ARV) Assessment between November 4, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. CDT and November 29, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. CST. Applications for revision submitted and received after this legislated deadline are considered late and will not be accepted.

Your completed application for revision must include the appropriate non–refundable filing fee.

How to File an Application for Revision

There are many options to file for revision:

  • City Clerk's Department, Susan A. Thompson Building, Main Floor, 510 Main Street

Late applications will not be accepted

Applications must arrive at our office by November 29, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. CST 

Filing Fee

The filing fees are non-refundable and must be paid on the filing of any application for revision at the Board of Revision.

Filing fees may be paid by cash, debit, cheque, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or money order. Cheques should be made payable to the City of Winnipeg.
