Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Martin LUTHER in regards to a Homicide investigation. As a result, 2 warrants have been issued for the arrest of LUTHER in relation to this investigation. LUTHER is to be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS, DO NOT APPROACH.

Merrick WIELER

Merrick WIELER

Merrick WIELER is serving his 1st Federal sentence of 4 years for Possession of Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and within 2 hours of Ceasing Operation of a Conveyance is impaired by BDC. WIELER began Statutory Release on October 24 2022 and on February 27 2023 a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.

Natasha DYCK was arrested for uttering threats and then released with several conditions including attending court as directed. On January 13 2023 an Arrest Warrant was issued for DYCK for not attending court as directed.

Byron DUCK is serving his 1st Federal sentence of 4 years and 7 months for Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Possess Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possess Restricted/Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition, Possess Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order and Fail to Comply with Probation Order. DUCK began Statutory Release on February 24 2023 and on March 3 2023 a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.

Lateasha BELCOURT was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released with several conditions including attending court as directed. On January 31 2023 and March 29 2023 Arrest Warrants were issued for BALCOURT for not attending court proceedings as directed.
