Publicly tendered offerings are listed on this website, in addition to other forms of advertising, along with Facebook and Twitter (#cityproperty) messaging. The City offers residential, industrial and commercial properties throughout the year, so visit this page often to keep up-to-date on current listings.

All necessary information to submit a confidential bid is included in the marketing package of the listing, but if you have other questions, the designated Real Estate Officer would be pleased to assist you.
