Electronic bidding through MERX
All bid opportunity documents are now issued through the MERX website and bids must be submitted electronically through MERX.
There is no charge to view City of Winnipeg documents on MERX. Fees are applicable when submitting a bid. There may be a charge to access bid solicitation documents from other organizations.
Purchasing offers City of Winnipeg staff, Consultants and Business owners, assistance with contracts, training, interpreting policies and administrative standards pertaining to Purchasing matters.
This site will provide you with useful information and answers to questions you may have regarding information on selling to the City, Bid Opportunity information, and City policy, as related to the Purchasing functions.
