With Winnipeg’s population expected to grow to approximately 922,600 by 2040, ensuring the City makes sustainable investments in key services and infrastructure is important to support a growing, thriving, modern city. The Infrastructure Planning Office provides support in this regard by reviewing existing planning and strategy documents, and making policy recommendations based on strategic priorities.
