Combined Sewer Overflow reporting

Both our combined sewer system and the implementation of the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Master Plan are governed by the Province of Manitoba, through Environment Act Licence No. 3042 (EA No. 3042).

This licence requires us to:

  • Provide a public CSO notification system
  • Test and report on interim water quality
  • Report annual combined sewer overflow results
