Obtaining a Police Information Check
When you apply for a Record Check you must have two valid pieces of government issued identification – one must be photo:
Photo Identification
Photo identification can be one of the following:
- Driver’s License
- Manitoba Public Insurance Identification Card
- Passport
- Permanent Residence Card
- Aboriginal Status Card
Non-Photo Identification
Non-photo identification can be one of the following:
- Provincial Healthcare Card
- Birth Certificate
- Immigration Papers
- Citizenship Card
- Social Insurance Card (SIN Confirmation letter)
- Firearms License
- National defence Card
- Nexus Card
- Fast Card from Canada Border Service Agency
