Property & Neighbourhood Standards
Property must be maintained so as to prevent the existence of objects and conditions that pose health, safety, fire or accident hazards to people, animals or neighbouring properties.
Property standards deal with all aspects of a residential property, including:
- the house (interior/exterior)
- the yard (including the fence)
- accessory buildings
- adjoining public property (boulevard)
- any other concerns that may be impacting neighbouring properties
