Licensing & Bylaw Enforcement

Licence Services is now located at 395 Main St. – at the corner of Main Street and McDermot Avenue. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. New licence applications should be submitted before 4 p.m. to allow time for review and processing.

Licensing & Bylaw Enforcement is responsible for Property and Neighbourhood Standards and Licence Services

Licensing & Bylaw Enforcement regulates the maintenance of properties and other aspects of neighbourhood liveability in order to develop and maintain safe, orderly, viable, and sustainable communities and to promote and maintain the health, safety, and well being of residents.
